PRIVATE PLAYTEST

Play it before anyone else.

We're inviting a small group of players into Crucible of Time ahead of the public demo. Tell us a little about yourself: it's eight questions and takes about three minutes.

We pick testers by hand for a good mix of experience, languages and needs, so newcomers to 4X are as welcome as veterans. If you're picked, we'll email you.

Your Steam account

The playtest runs on Steam, so we need to know which account to invite. You sign in on Steam's own site; we only learn your account's public ID, never your password.

    Optional, and it won't count against you: we want testers who rely on these features. If you tick any, you agree we can store them to plan the game's accessibility support.

    Optional. It helps us check that our playtesters reflect everyone who plays strategy games.

Where to reach you

Privacy note. We keep your Steam account ID and name, your email address, your answers and your time zone. Only the Crucible of Time team sees them, and we use them to choose playtesters, schedule sessions, and plan the game's languages and accessibility support. We never sell or share them. We delete them when the playtest program ends.
